Cancellation Policy
We know that plans can change, and nature teaches us to move with the unexpected. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for as much notice as possible.
Your credit card will be charged the full amount upon booking. Cancellations must be made by phone or email to (info@amongthetreescanada.com) no later than 72 hours before your scheduled tour to receive a full refund, less $10 per person booking fee. Cancellations made within the 72 hours of the tour start time are non-refundable.

Booking Conditions
1. All participants must read & sign the Among the Trees Release of Liability and Health Declaration before starting any program.
2. Please inform your guide of any medical conditions that could affect your safety or others.
3. Participants are responsible for any costs related to personal injury, evacuation, or emergency services that may occur during a trip.
4. Among the Trees reserves the right to change or cancel any itinerary or service at any time due to weather, trail conditions, safety concerns, or insufficient enrollment — without penalty to Among the Trees. We will always do our best to offer an alternate option or date.
5. While we do everything possible to provide a safe and memorable experience, we cannot guarantee specific weather conditions, wildlife sightings, or trail objectives.
