We know that plans can change, and nature teaches us to move with the unexpected. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for as much notice as possible.
• More than 7 days before your experience: A full refund will be provided, minus a small 10% processing fee.
• 3 to 6 days before your experience: We’ll refund 50% of your booking fee. Alternatively, we’re happy to offer full credit toward another date.
• Within 48 hours of the experience or no-shows: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund, but please reach out — we’ll do our best to find another way to welcome you back when the time is right.
In the rare case that weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances require us to cancel, you will receive a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule at no extra cost.
