Forest Bathing, also known as Shinrin-Yuko, is the Japanese practice of immersing yourself in the atmosphere of the forest. This immersive experience is a practice that awakens your senses and helps you reconnect with the natural world. No experience needed, just an openness to slowing down.
How it Works: During this 2-2.5 hour walk, your guide will lead you through a gentle, slow walk while offering invitations to reflect and connect through the senses. There will be optional sharing and a closing tea ceremony. Each walk is unique to the landscape and season.
